Upgrade

You have the option to "upgrade" your license to a higher product at any time.

To do this, please click on your client name and on account overview

Than you will find the “Upgrade contract” button under your stored 2K product.
Please press this button.

Now select the product you want and click on “Upgrade contract”.

An upgrade you have booked is free of charge and will be implemented by us at short notice.

You will be informed about the change.

Please note:

The upgrade has a license duration of 1 year.
This means if your current license runs until June and you book an upgrade in October, your license will run until October of the following year.
