Season registration

With the 2K software, clubs or teams can submit their league registrations for the new season digitally. To do this, log into the system with the appropriate user and select the menu item 

“TeamLiga“->”Season registration” from the menu and access the designated area.

The first time, the “New season report” button must be pressed, which transfers all data from the previous season to the report and can be accepted or rejected in the process for the new season. New data such as venues, teams or players can of course also be added.

Processing can be interrupted at any time; to resume work, simply click on the created data record to return to the reporting process.

Depending on the configuration, different registers (club, venues, etc.) can be displayed in the season report. 

In principle, each data record must have a reporting status in each area, otherwise the next area may be released and therefore cannot be edited. In addition, there may be optional or mandatory fields; if there are mandatory fields, the data record can only be saved once these have been filled in. The data record can be edited by clicking on it.

By clicking on the data record, it can be changed; the changes are highlighted in red in the list view.

Register: Spielstätte

New venues can also be added using the “New” button.

Register: Mannschaften

Depending on the setting, a team can play in the “Championship” (CS) or “Cup” (CUP) competitions, this can / must be specified here. In addition, match information should be added for the match schedule creation.

Register: Mitglieder

Depending on the association, 3 (Active, Passive, Dormant) or 2 (Active, Passive) statuses are displayed; if this is “Active”, a team must also be assigned to the player. Furthermore, the player can be added to the championship (CS) or the cup (CUP) depending on the information in the team. 

The team captain (TC) is also marked directly here; there can be up to 2 TCs per competition (CS, CUP). As soon as mandatory fields (telephone, cell phone, email) are not available for the TCs, an error message appears with the missing data.

Register: Funktionäre

The club's officials are entered in this area; the mandatory fields are also checked here and displayed as an error message if necessary. There may be members who take on a function, these are simply selected in the drop-down field or if it is an external person, the data can be entered in the form.

Register: Dokumente

Documents in PDF format can be uploaded here, the file size is limited and should be kept small.

Register: Abschluss

The season registration can be edited again and again until the end of the registration period, but if all data has already been entered, the season registration can be terminated prematurely with the “Close season registration” button.

IMPORTANT: Editing is no longer possible after this!
